Chantal is the founder and Executive Director of Legros Cultural Arts, an unparalleled multicultural arts organization nestled in the burgeoning artistic realm of New York City.  For over 15 years and counting, Chantal has and continues to convey her vision of artistic success through the development and production of multicultural events in Long Island, New York City and Queens, New York.


In 2003, Chantal envisioned bridging the gap between various cultures, races, and backgrounds by encouraging members of her organization and their audiences to fully embrace the beauty of humanity through dance, music, the visual arts, and drama.


Professionally trained and accomplished in Dance, Drama and Film Production, stage. Her outstanding capacity as an artist led to her many speaking opportunities on the topics , cultural diversity and the arts.


Chantal's educational achievements are indicative of her long-standing commitment to promoting cultural diversity through the arts. She holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership, a Bachelors Degree in Film Production, and a Certificate in Arts Management.


Her many notable speaking engagements include The Association of Haitian Educators Scholarship Gala, Caribbean Images Awards Gala, Cornell Cooperative Extension, Democratic Women's Club of Dade County Annual Banquet, Florida Association of Health Physical Education State Conference-African Dance Workshop, Florida International University Spring Culture Festival, Haitian Bilingual Career Fair, Miami Heights Elementary Career and Multicultural Day, Roots and Culture Festival and the Youth Rising with Understanding Through Multicultural Education Conference.


The former Miami Dade Community College, Adjunct Professor of Caribbean Dance/History also has undertaken numerous teaching opportunities to develop the art of dance in eager students, including teaching at various schools within Dade County, providing dramatic arts instruction at the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center, Centerville Pre-School, Clown Around Pre-School, Jamaica Arts Center, the Rochdale Community Center and serving as a Facilitator for the Dade Association of Dance Educators.
