• Filmmakers, editors, directors must be  ages 14-23 (Actors can be of any age range)

• Film/Video stories must address one of the following themes:

Culture Diversity/Awareness

World Peace

Social Justice/Social Action/Human Rights

Racism/Discrimination in America Today

Personal story on any of the themes

• Follow all copyright laws if you plan to utilize published music and or sound effects in your film

• Complete an application for entry

• Film/Video running time should not exceed 30 minutes

• Film/Video projects for entry screening must be submitted on DVD or VHS.
