All submissions will be
handled with care, however, LCA will not be held responsible for damaged or lost materials submitted.
Submission of your film/video
project grants LCA the authorization to a non-exclusive license to retain an archive copy of your production for the non-profit
purpose of exhibition marketing, promotion and/or other means of display.

project to LCA is with the understanding and agreement that your project will be screened before the public.
Submission of your film/video
project to LCA is with the understanding that you have taken the necessary steps to comply with the Fair Use Guidelines for
Educational Multi Media and the rightful sources, musical sounds are rightfully given recognition in your credits.
RETURNS
If your project is not
selected into the 2008 Queens Youth Multi Cultural Film Festival and you wish to have your project returned please include
a return postage envelope.
